Launch of the "Big Brother, Big Sister" Project
On Thursday, February 9th, the "Big Brother, Big Sister" project was officially launched through a joint workshop for children and volunteers at the Spafford Children’s Center in Jerusalem. The event included opening remarks introducing the project and its objectives, delivered by representatives from partner organizations: the Palestinian Counseling Center, the Finnish Church Aid, Al Kamandjati, and Al-Harah Theater, along with Mr. Samir Al-Turman from the Jerusalem Directorate of Education.
Following the introductions, entertaining activities were held to provide an overview of the musical and drama training involved in the project. The children and volunteers were then separated into two groups, each participating in icebreaker and team-building activities.
